Below are a few places to help you get started on which place you would like to donate to

Locks of Love - Has been around since 1997. They donate their hair free of charge.

Wigs for Kids - Founded in 1981. Must donate at least 12 inches ( no color or grey hair accepted) each wig is made to last and hold up though a childs busy day. They also allow you to sponsor a child in need. They never charge families for receiving custom hair replacements.

Hair We Share- Founded in 2004. "Most wigs go to people who have medical conditions or chemo-related hair loss, or who have experienced trauma, such as burns, and depression that prevent hair regrowth." (

Children with Hair Loss - Started in 2002. Donation length starting at 8 inches & grey hair accepted. You will recieve a certificate of donation in 8 -10 weeks after they recieve the hair. Children With Hair Loss has gifted real hair wigs to children and young adults facing medically-related hair loss. In 2019, they donated 608 wigs to children all over the U.S. Their wigs also come with a “care kit” so that children can maintain their wigs for many years.


Pantene -is no longer taking hair donations as they have enough to fulfill the need of wigs for the next 4 years.

Chai Life Line - Minimum of 14 inches & more is always welcomed. They offer all services free of c charge to families in need.
